• One-page files for imagesetting will incur an $8.00 surcharge.
• Each additional file set-up is $5.00 per order.
• Pick-up & delivery are free for 24-hour jobs.
  A delivery charge will be added to rush jobs under $100.00.
• The best way to submit files to AGI is as application files along with all associated files (font & graphics). No DCS files please (except DCS2).
• Please note any variations from default values in the special instructions part of our order sheet.
• Hard copy should be supplied with every order so that output can be thoroughly checked for errors. If no hard copy is supplied and the output is incorrect, the customer will be charged for re-outputting the file(s).
